We can look back on half a century of development of our own exclusive production and manufacturing processes. They guarantee an advantage that only KTC can offer. The result: The KTC stamp of quality is employee satisfaction.
Whether production, pay, or product: our claim is the same in all areas. Everyone, everyone should have time to insight our doors are always open. That applies to our plant in Heshan as well as for our products, used materials and working conditions.
As a transparent textile manufacturer our claim is to be ‚accessible to everyone‘. With open doors and open ears for employees, athletes, partners & customers.
KLEIDUNG MACHT MENSCHEN – WIR SIND KTC
I am 43 years old and from Hengxian, Guangxi Province. I have two sons, like to do housework and take care of my children. During the holidays I grow vegetables and grow flowers.
I come here directly from Heshan and work as a simple worker at KTC. In my spare time I like jogging and hiking.
I turned 35 this year and was born in Heshan. At KTC, I’ve been working in the transfer printing department for 16 years now
TATEN SAGEN MEHR ALS WORTE
China: The number of workers not returning to a factory after Chinese New Year can commonly hit up to 50% of the workforce and even more in some cases. With the great retention rate at our factory in China, we had only 5% of our line workers or 3% of all employees not return after the new year holiday.
In accordance with the very long worker seniority of our workforce we are proud of a high retention rate especially after the for factories typically dramatically challenging New Year Holidays. Looking at outstandingly low retention rates in both our factories we can claim that our employees know and value our company as much as we value them.
IN DIE ZUKUNFT INVESTIEREN
Together with the University of Vechta and Prof. Dr. med. Nick Lin-Hi (holder of the Chair of Economics and Ethics) we created the research-based project „Business is People“. The project aims to promote sustainability and taking responsibility in the textile chain by means of innovative approaches. How can digital technologies be used to improve labor, environmental and social standards? What does transparency really mean in the production chain? Which technologies and links make sense? Always searching with one focus: the people behind the products. In the production, in the shop, at the cash register.
